Was your gas connection transfered without asking you?
Your connection is normally transferred from one dealer to another only when you ask for it. But sometimes, it can be done without you even knowing about it. In such a case, when you actually go to the dealer, you will not find you number there and only after confirmation from the records, they can tell you that it was transfered.
Such a transfer is done in case a new dealer of the same company is appointed in the area. In such a case, all the customers located in the area around the new dealer are transfered there. Thus it is a mass transfer and normally the customers are not even informed about it.
If your connection has been transfered to another dealer, ask the name and address of the new dealer. Take your diary, subscription voucher and your ID proof to the new dealer and ask him to attend the transfer.
It is very probable that even the new dealer refuses to attend you. In such a case, you should call the sales officer, whose number is mentioned on the mandatory board at all gas agencies of that company of the area.
